About a month ago, a challenge was put to the scrapbooking community to scrap a day in their lives. Well, I got me one of those cute little scrapbooks you saw on all the blogs but, instead of scrapping just one day, decided to fill it with pictures taken during the month of October and give it to my husband.
You see, my husband’s Reserve unit was activated just over a month ago, so he has missed all the family happenings since he left at the end of September. Each month while he’s gone, I’ll send him a mini book full of that month’s
highlights as well as the everyday stuff. That way he can still feel connected to the family.
And since he also reads my blog when he gets a chance, Honey, here’s what you’ll be getting in the mail soon. I’m not showing you all the pictures because then that would just ruin the fun.
Edited to add: See all the pages in the October mini album here.
The only supplies I used on the project were the tiny 2″x2″ SEI album and some rub-ons left over from another project.

Sarah, mums are definitely one of my favorite flowers. Maybe I should have added them to my new blog header. Hmmmm. Anyway, thanks for stopping by my blog. Hope you visit again soon.
