I finally got my blog rebuilt, at least partially, after it was hacked many, many months ago. I hadn’t backed it up, so when it was hacked, I thought all was lost.
Well, to my happy surprise, a few days ago I found an old backup in a folder on the computer. Unfortunately, it only covers the first six months or so of the blog, but I guess some is better than none.
So…here I go again. I imported the backup and am now in the process of rebuilding the sidebars with all new links. I’ve tried to upload the old header but it just won’t “take,” so I think I’ll design something new. Probably something very simple.
And this time, I will definitely BACKUP everything on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I’m going to install and configure the backup plugin right now.
